I finally have a very fantastic Company Law lecturer.

He's thorough, this notes are extremely comprehensive, his lectures follows his notes neatly & clearly, & he doesn't go skipping around bits of the topic.

I haven't understood Company Law as clearly as I have these past two days.
The guy ought to be the model for all law lecturers, I say.
